Kathleen Kirkpatrick, Esq.
Kathleen Kirkpatrick is an Associate Attorney with the Law Firm of Booth & Tucker, LLP where she focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining Booth & Tucker, Kathleen practiced plaintiffs’ civil litigation at a law firm in Philadelphia. Kathleen also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Howland W. Abramson of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and maintained a solo practice in the areas of criminal and family law. Kathleen has extensive experience in a variety of areas and in multiple courts in Philadelphia. Additionally, Kathleen has experience assisting small organizations incorporate as non-profits and attain tax free status.
Kathleen was born and raised in Montgomery County, attended Temple Law School and has remained in Philadelphia since. Kathleen is actively involved in the community and performs pro bono work in which she volunteers her time to represent the indigent. She was recognized for such work by the Philadelphia Judiciary and received the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania’s pro bono award in 2007.
Kathleen is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania. She is a member of The Philadelphia Bar Association, the Lawyers’ Club and the Justinian Society.
