Goals & deliverables
The objectives of the Zoeza Institute focus on helping troubled youth cross the bridge from structured dependency to responsible independent living.
- Extend the service offering for at-risk youth to prepare for and include post-secondary transitional support;
- Provide a structured, organized, and resourceful environment conducive for achieving the Institute’s three core development pillars: 1) Educational Supplementation; 2) Social Immersion; and 3) Career Preparation.
- Maintain long-term relationships and continuous student participation and engagement;
- Increase academic achievement levels via relevant vocation mapping;
- Increase participation in culturally broad extra-curricular and community-based activities;
- Provide diverse and intensive experiences including extra-curricular, cultural immersion, educational supplements, and social modeling;
- Satisfaction of personal accountability goals as identified in customized plans for both mentor and mentee; and
- Operate a comprehensive, training resource institute that provides broad skill building and networking services.
