Implementation Support

Organizations in the social sector often have two primary needs for implementation support:

  • A business planning process has already been completed and solutions for executing the deliverables of that plan need to be developed and put into practice; and
  • A grant has been received from a funding source, and the conditions of the gift require a series of implementation activities to provide the return on investment that the grantee promised and the grantor expects.

In both of these cases, and others not mentioned, the Zoeza Institute can support implementation activities that help realize the goals and objectives of the organization.
