In the Greater Philadelphia region, there are several out-of-home care facilities that serve youth in the areas of basic care, education, service coordination, and mentoring. There are few organizations, however, that pledge long-term intervention commitments and focus specifically on ensuring the transition of those they serve into productive careers and independent living situations.
